The Suite reflects various childhood snippets inspired by my parents and brother, seen as if flipping through a book of memories.

Mvt 1. 'Open' establishes a nostalgic, ringing tone through warbling electronics and octave intervals.
Mvt 2. 'Car Ride Home' pictures my mom singing along to simplistic music in the car, overtaking the piano that she doesn't play as often anymore.
Mvt 3. 'I Want to Be Like You' visits my early years of watching my brother play video games and being amazed by everything he did.
Mvt 4. 'The Only Brazilian Who Can't Dance' portrays a glimpse of my father dancing to Bossa Nova inspired bass and piano, overlayed with light improvised vocals.
Mvt 5. 'Closed' suddenly returns back to the beginning, staring at a book cover of reminiscence.
